Pixar® USD™ technology is quickly becoming an industry standard, and Blender® is an equally important 3D software that needs to work in a larger ecosystem of other content creation applications. There is now a robust and open way to exchange and assemble data from multiple applications in Blender thanks to our new USD™ Hydra™ plug-in that includes Radeon™ ProRender and uses the open source MaterialX standard for materials.
