NVIDIA teamed up with leading HD mapping partners to deliver a global mass market end-to-end autopilot solution. Part of it is NVIDIA DRIVE Localization that pinpoints a vehicle’s position on the road within centimeters, operating in diverse environments and conditions. For highly accurate localization, the lanes, road boundaries and signs in the image from the vehicle’s camera must match those of the previously constructed HD map.

With mapping partners such as Baidu, HERE, NavInfo, TomTom, and Zenrin, DRIVE Localization is designed to perform this process anywhere in the world for safe self-driving. https://nvda.ws/2SChUce
